I lived very close to Perry and knew he and his family well. His passing was a tradgedy that left his father with guilt and anxiety over his death. I stayed in contact with his dad after Perry's passing. Perry was a very nice guy and fun to be around. During his years at PHS he worked at In 'n' Out Burger on Foothill in Pasadena. His early passing was tragic for his family and friends. He loved his Porche!
We lived a short block from Perry on Vistillas Road and knew his sisters and family well. He briefly dated my sister Cheyle and we often saw him in his restored yellow Jeep and then the Porche. Several years ago we spoke to Walter (Perry's Dad) at the house and he was still consumed with Perry's tragic death. Perry's basement bedroom room was as if he had never left it.

Perry was in my wedding in December 1971. He died in a car accident on Angeles Crest Highway a year later, December 1972.

Perry was a great friend, and fun to be with. His death was tragic. He had a broken heart, and then lost his life.
