Mike was my best friend in high school and would do anything for his friends. One time at PHS I was about to get into a fight with a guy, can't remember who, and Mike stepped in to take my place. He was not a big fighter so I ended up breaking the whole thing up. But that showed how much he would do for a friend.
Spoke to Mike about a year ago about coming to the 50th and he told me that his doctor didn't give him that long to live. I told him not to listen to the doc and I will come and pick him up and take him to the 50th. Infact I was planning a motorcycle trip out to OK to see him this year.
In retrospect I wish I would have spent more time with Mike to reminisce about our youth. Those were some great times. We will all miss you old buddy.
I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Mike Baugh. He was a good guy. We both lived in Lower Hastings Ranch and I remember he was very athletic and also stood up for what was right. G-d Bless him.
